* Project Life meets ART POPS *

Nach dem Layout und der Karte im letzten Post möchte ich mein drittes Projekt zeigen, das ich mit den ART POPS Karten von Roben-Marie Smith gestaltet habe.
Diesmal habe ich die ART POPS auf einer Project Life Doppelseite verwendet.
Durch ihre Größe (3x4 und 4x6) sind sie dafür wunderbar geeignet und bringen einen tollen Mixed-Media.Touch ins Project Life.

In my last post I presented you a card and a layout made with the ART POPS cards designed by Roben-Marie Smith.
Today I want you to show my third project created with ART POPS, a Project Life spread.
The size of the cards (3x4 and 4x6) makes them perfect for Project Life and they give your spread a great Mixed-Media touch.

Um die Karten richtig wirken zu lassen, habe ich rund um die Fotos recht viel Weiß gelassen und weniger Embellishments verwendet.

To make the cards stand out I let  a lot of white space around the pictures and used not that much embellishments as I usually would do.

Ich finde , der Chalkboard Stil und ein paar schwarze Akzente passen gut zu den poppigen Karten.

I think the Chalkboard style and some black accents work pretty well together with the bright colors of the cards.

Ich habe drei der großen Karten als Basis für meine Fotos benutzt und den Hintergrund mit Schablone, Strukturpaste, Aquarellfarbe und Gelatos gestaltet.

I used three of the large cards as a base for my pictures and created the background with template, watercolors, modeling paste and gelatos.

Ich habe die Karte zunächst mit Gesso bestrichen und dann verschiedene Lagen ( Stoff, Notizbuchpapier, die ART POPS Karte und einen Doilie) aufgebracht.Das Häkelherz bringt noch einmal zusätzliche Struktur.

First I painted the card with gesso and then added different layers (fabric, notebook paper, the ART POPS card and a doilie). For more texture I added a crochet heart.
